The California Minority Chamber of Commerce (CMCC) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization committed to empowering minority-owned micro and small businesses across all 58 California counties. CMCC fosters an inclusive and equitable economy by providing access to funding, tailored business development programs, and strategic networking opportunities that promote collaboration and long-term growth.
In addition to economic empowerment, CMCC integrates conflict resolution and mediation-based practices into its work—helping business owners, organizations, and communities navigate challenges, strengthen partnerships, and resolve disputes constructively.
